My Creative Approach
My approach to work is much like like my philosophy on life. Whether I’m building a brand or rebuilding myself, my process always comes down to three core steps:
Understanding
In work, that means research and deep discovery. Understanding for me brings insights. In life, it means connecting and owning my story, and what authentic means to me.
Inspire Action
In work, it’s building the strategy, the plan, and taking action, doing the work. In life, it’s living in alignment. Letting who I am match how I show up, and standing on it.
Connection
In work, it’s the final output, the launch, campaign, or event. The moment that connects with audiences. In life, it’s choosing to feel, not just function, and having gratitude for all of it.
More than content.
It’s connection.
I work with a lot of Gen Z’s irl. I’m also raising a couple. And honestly? On the surface level everyone wants to go viral… But the truth is the one thing they universally care about is learning about real life. Having real experiences. I come from a small window of people that grew-up with an analog childhood and internet in my teens. 90’s is a ‘trend’ because it represents the last time we were offline. I know what Gen Z’s are looking for, because I’ve lived through the things they’re asking me about. They’re the ones who challenged me to start showing up online and sharing my story. I’ve got lore. Experience. Lessons you can’t just Google they say. Here you’ll find an extension to my social experience, connecting viewers with valuable free resources, to help in their own lifes journey. To help people connect with themselves, their purpose, and each other.

Photography and video are part of how I tell stories, not just aesthetic. From UGC to concerts to portraits, I focus on authentic moments that illustrate connection, capturing the vibe of the environment and the energy of the subjects. I create content that resonates. Whether it’s a campaign driven, a live performance, or a personal shoot, my approach is rooted in presence, connection, and trust with who I’m working with. Visual storytelling made to feel. I’ve led brand, experiential, and strategy work for nearly 20 years, but my real strength is people. Understanding them. Communicating clearly. Creating the conditions for people to thrive. I can connect across generations and bring out the best in diverse teams. I treat my colleagues like talent, not just resources. And I bring the same level of care and integrity to every room I walk into, with coordinators or owners.
